Electrical Engineer – Project Manager in Smart Systems & Automation

About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will also act as Project Manager for our Smart Home and Automation projects. You will be responsible for the full technical lifecycle of each project, from confirmation to final hand‑over to the client.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned projects and ensure delivery according to schedule and standards.
• Oversee the entire technical process after project confirmation until final client delivery.
• Coordinate installation teams, monitor field work quality and resolve technical issues during implementation.
• Train clients on the operation of installed systems and maintain post‑delivery communication to guarantee proper functioning.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to meet project deadlines and quality requirements.
• Report progress and issues to the department manager.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably with field project management.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.
• Valid driving licence.
• Good command of English.
• Experience or knowledge of Smart Home, Building Automation, BMS, electrical or automation systems is a plus.
