Director of Food and Beverage

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead the F&B strategy and operations at our flagship luxury resort in Albania. This senior leadership position combines commercial acumen with operational excellence to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and event spaces.
• Develop and execute F&B strategy, service standards, and operational performance.
• Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost‑control initiatives.
• Lead, develop, and inspire the F&B management team.
• Oversee premium guest experiences across all outlets.
• Implement new concepts, projects, and continuous operational improvements.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an F&B Director or senior F&B leader in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong commercial mindset with proven budget management and profitability focus.
• Demonstrated leadership across multiple F&B outlets.
• Passion for high‑quality guest experiences and operational excellence.
• International hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
