Digital Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Operations Assistant to support our Affiliate Management team in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in a fast‑paced digital marketing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support Affiliate Managers with daily operational tasks and follow up on communications with partners and call centers.
• Monitor ongoing offers, identify potential issues early, and prepare clear daily and weekly reports.
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Use digital and AI‑powered tools to improve workflows and take independent decisions when needed.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and work weekends on a rotating schedule.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude).
