Digital Content Creator

About the role

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for growing the company's presence across social media platforms. Working on‑site in Tirana, you will plan, create and publish engaging content that aligns with brand and project goals, supporting marketing objectives and highlighting key construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles on all relevant platforms.
• Plan, schedule and publish content that supports brand awareness and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across channels.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for campaigns, promotions and business initiatives.
• Monitor brand mentions and online conversations to protect and enhance reputation.
• Execute social media campaigns promoting construction projects, services, industry events and other initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and distribute content.
• Track, analyze and report on performance metrics such as engagement, reach, audience growth and conversions.

Required profile

• Strong experience in social media marketing and content creation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles, audience targeting, branding and campaign planning.
• Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn Analytics).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Previous experience in construction, real estate, architecture or related industries is a plus.
