Dental Laboratory Technician – Full‑time, On‑site in Tirana

About the role

The Dental Laboratory Technician will join our Tirana facility to produce high‑quality dental prosthetics and restorations. Working on‑site, you will translate dentists’ prescriptions into precise dentures, crowns, bridges and other devices, supporting patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Fabricate, adjust and repair dentures and other dental prosthetic appliances according to detailed specifications.
• Perform casting, molding and polishing of dental materials using modern laboratory equipment.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory tools to ensure consistent quality and safety.
• Organise raw materials, track inventory and document each step for traceability.
• Collaborate closely with dentists and other dental professionals to verify prescriptions and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Vocational training or certification in dental technology, with proven experience in a dental laboratory.
• Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity and ability to follow technical prescriptions accurately.
• Good communication skills for teamwork and interaction with dental practitioners.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and commitment to a clean, organised workspace.
