About the role
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join Wolt’s Support team in Tirana. You will interact with customers via live chat and phone, helping ensure smooth delivery operations and contributing to the growth of our support function.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through live chat and phone, using Wolt’s tone of voice and adapting to the customer’s tone.
- Help keep delivery operations running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the support team and other departments to develop and improve the support function.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills with a personal touch and a customer‑obsessed mindset.
- Fast learner comfortable with multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Fluent in Albanian and professionally proficient in English.
- Based in Tirana, Albania.
