Customer Service Operations Agent (m/f/d)

About the role

AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform behind AUTO1.com, wirkaufendeinauto.de and Autohero, is looking for a Customer Service Operations Agent in Prishtine. The Customer Service team is the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and the face of the company, and the role combines administrative vehicle-financing tasks with direct customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the process from vehicle purchase to loan settlement, including contract management, uploading and forwarding contract documents to the relevant departments, handling contract amendments, vehicle deregistration and other administrative steps.
• Handle customer inquiries about the settlement of financed or leased vehicles and related documentation.
• Act as the main contact between private customers, banks and leasing companies.
• Handle customer service tasks by phone and email.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude and use strong communication skills to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Completed commercial or business-related education is an advantage.
• Previous experience in vehicle financing is a plus, but career changers are welcome.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• Excellent German at native-speaker level (C1/C2) and good English.
• Experience with the Austrian market is preferred.
