Customer Experience Host

About the role

The Host is the first point of contact for visitors at Porsche Albania’s showroom and service centre. You will create a premium Porsche experience by delivering warm hospitality, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer initial inquiries and direct them to sales or service advisors.
• Manage the showroom’s digital media and online presence in line with brand standards.
• Support the preparation and execution of Porsche marketing activities and events.
• Maintain the Porsche Lifestyle collection display and assist customers with product information.
• Respond promptly to email and online channel inquiries following Porsche standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, record complaints and use loyalty programmes (C@P) to keep accurate records.
• Greet and escort customers in the Service Centre, offer refreshments, Wi‑Fi access and guide them to the Customer Lounge.
• Provide status updates on service processes and create “Porsche Fascinating Moments”.
• Assist with administrative tasks and support sales and after‑sales teams as needed.
• Attend mandatory Porsche training and comply with legal and integrity guidelines.
