Creative Strategist

About the role

Vue, a science‑backed skincare brand, is seeking a Creative Strategist to join its team in Tirana. The role bridges creative direction with performance data to produce high‑impact advertising creatives across paid social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creative strategy process, from ideation and briefing to testing, iteration, and scaling of paid‑social creatives.
• Develop clear, structured creative briefs for editors and graphic designers and ensure alignment throughout production.
• Analyze performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, retention, and conversion rate to uncover winning patterns.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Creative Strategist, editors, and designers to align creative direction with acquisition goals.
• Identify emerging creative trends, testing opportunities, and new concepts before performance declines.
• Provide constructive feedback on ad creatives, hooks, scripts, messaging, and visual direction.
• Support testing frameworks and experimentation strategies across multiple platforms and audiences.
• Maintain documentation of creative learnings, best‑performing angles, and testing insights.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, positioning, creative quality, and overall performance strategy.
• Assist broader marketing initiatives and other creative or marketing‑related tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Experience in creative strategy, creative production, or a similar role within advertising or marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into creative improvements.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and manage brief workflows.
