About the role

We are looking for three creative Content Creators to become the faces of Publer across social media. In this hybrid role based in Tirana, you will turn product features, industry trends and social insights into engaging videos that educate, entertain and showcase how Publer simplifies social media management.

Key responsibilities

• Research trends, creators and content opportunities.
• Brainstorm ideas with the marketing team and turn product updates into compelling stories.
• Write scripts, film and edit short‑form and long‑form videos.
• Publish and optimise content on Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube and Reddit.
• Analyse performance data and refine future content based on insights.
• Collaborate with design, product and marketing teams.
• Represent Publer in campaigns, interviews and events.
• Manage and engage the Publer community across social platforms.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Comfortable and confident on camera.
• Strong storytelling and hook‑writing abilities.
• Ability to explain software and complex ideas in a simple, engaging way.
• Understanding of what makes content perform on social media.
• Creative, self‑motivated and eager to experiment.
• Reliable, organised and able to deliver high‑quality work on time.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Competitive gross salary of €1,300–€2,000 per month, based on experience and portfolio.
