Content & Brand Marketer (future CMO)

About the role

NEKOD is looking for a Content & Brand Marketer to shape how the company sounds and looks worldwide. Based in Tirana, you will work directly with the CEO and the Business Development lead to build the brand from the ground up and drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute NEKOD’s LinkedIn strategy for two target audiences (AI builders and governance professionals).
• Create and distribute newsletters, email sequences, case studies, product updates and thought‑leadership content, including ghostwriting for the founder.
• Design social graphics, one‑pagers, event materials and enterprise collateral using Canva and Figma.
• Produce podcast and video snippets, repurposing long‑form content for Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Plan and cover key events (Bits & Pretzels, Plug and Play Expo Tirana, Slush) from preparation to on‑site reporting and post‑event follow‑up.
• Measure content performance, report monthly on conversion metrics and continuously optimise the pipeline‑driving content mix.

Required profile

• Self‑starter who can build a marketing function from scratch.
• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on converting readers into leads.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving AI‑tech environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
