Construction Engineer (Site)

About the role

Texas Development, a modern real‑estate and construction developer, is looking for a full‑time Construction Engineer to be based in Tirana. The role involves supervising and coordinating on‑site works to ensure projects meet technical documentation, contracts, quality standards and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical‑legal documentation for projects.
• Control works according to implementation drawings, technical specifications and enterprise contracts.
• Monitor quality and safety on the construction site.
• Plan and coordinate work fronts with contractors and technical teams.
• Oversee construction processes, identify and resolve technical issues on site, and ensure deadlines and company standards are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor or Master degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing or supervising site works.
• Strong knowledge of Albanian construction legislation, VKM regulations and current technical standards.
• Ability to draft and administer technical‑legal project documentation.
• Professional integrity and commitment to high‑standard project delivery.
