Business Development Representative (BDR) – SaaS / Cybersecurity

About the role

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will drive top‑of‑funnel activity for a fast‑growing SaaS and cybersecurity company operating across EMEA and APAC. Working fully remote from Albania, you will focus on outbound prospecting, cold‑calling, and booking qualified meetings with senior technical and business decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via phone, LinkedIn and email.
• Research target companies, build prospect lists and design outbound sequences.
• Cold‑call and engage senior decision‑makers to generate qualified meetings.
• Handle objections, qualify opportunities and maintain accurate activity in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly targets for meetings and pipeline generation.
• Leverage modern sales and AI tools to improve research, personalization and productivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outbound sales, SDR or BDR experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Comfortable speaking with senior international decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a remote setting.
