Business Development Manager – Immigration Services (Europe)

About the role

Trivial Chapter is looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to grow its immigration‑focused manpower services across Albania and Europe. You will leverage an existing network of employers to generate and close high‑volume staffing contracts that require work permits and visa coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through an established employer network in Albania and European markets.
• Engage directly with employers to define manpower needs, including volume, skill sets, and timelines.
• Secure work permits and hiring approvals for sectors such as hospitality, construction, logistics, and heavy‑equipment operations.
• Coordinate embassy visa appointments in line with employer‑issued permits.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for bulk manpower solutions and ensure successful deployment.
• Support large‑scale recruitment events and maintain strategic employer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to deliver on commitments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the manpower, staffing, or international recruitment industry.
• Established, verifiable employer connections in Albania and/or Europe.
• Hands‑on experience with work‑permit processes and embassy visa appointment coordination.
• Strong track record of selling high‑volume manpower solutions and managing international employer relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly self‑driven, commercially focused and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to thrive in a performance‑driven, commission‑based compensation model.
