Business Development Manager – Europe Manpower Recruitment

About the role

Trivial Chapter is expanding its international manpower operations, linking skilled and semi‑skilled applicants from India with European employers. We seek a Business Development Manager who already has active relationships with European employers or recruitment agencies that hire foreign manpower. This remote position focuses on leveraging existing trust to generate job orders quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Use current employer and recruitment‑agency contacts across Europe to create job orders for Indian manpower applicants.
• Engage employers to define manpower needs, including volume, skill sets, and timelines.
• Secure hiring approvals and work permits for sectors such as hospitality, warehousing, manufacturing, construction, and agriculture.
• Deliver signed job offer letters on a monthly basis and coordinate embassy visa appointments.
• Lead end‑to‑end business development activities for manpower solutions.
• Support large‑scale recruitment initiatives and events.
• Maintain and grow long‑term strategic employer partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure successful placements.

Required profile

• Active, current relationships with European employers or recruitment agencies hiring foreign manpower.
• Background in business development, sales, or recruitment within the staffing industry (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities, comfortable closing hiring commitments.
• Self‑driven, commercially focused and able to work independently in a remote, performance‑based setting.
• Consistently deliver signed job offers each month.
