Budget and Reporting Manager

About the role

Albchrome is seeking a Budget and Reporting Manager to lead the preparation, consolidation, and presentation of budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans. You will ensure that all financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with IFRS and local accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, rolling forecast and long‑term financial plan processes.
• Ensure IFRS‑compliant financial reporting and support audit documentation.
• Monitor actuals versus budgets, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports, including cash‑flow and variance analysis.
• Develop forecasts, conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for investment decisions.
• Identify risks, propose internal‑control improvements and drive automation of budgeting workflows.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of budgeting, IFRS reporting and accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in mining, metals or process industries is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
