Brand Manager – Fitness Equipment

About the role

We are looking for a Brand Manager to lead the development and promotion of an international leading fitness equipment brand in Albania. The role will shape brand strategy, drive market growth and work closely with sales and international partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the brand development strategy for the Albanian market.
• Manage and promote the product portfolio across online and offline channels.
• Plan and execute marketing and communication campaigns.
• Analyse market trends, competition and the fitness industry landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve commercial objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with gyms, hotels, fitness studios and other B2B clients.
• Organise events, presentations and promotional activities.
• Monitor brand performance, sales figures and marketing budget.
• Coordinate with international partners to ensure brand standards are met.

Required profile

• Higher education in Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Business Development.
• Preferably experience with premium fitness equipment or B2B sales in the sports sector.
• Strong ability to develop marketing strategies and conduct market analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Very good command of English.
• Result‑oriented and capable of working independently.
