Banking Operations Specialist

About the role

Bulls Vision Group is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Banking Operations Specialist to join its finance team in Tirana. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate bank account records, supporting cash flow management, and ensuring smooth daily banking processes.

Key responsibilities

• Record, monitor, and update transactions across all company bank accounts.
• Download monthly bank statements and organize them in designated Google Drive folders.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of active, blocked, new, and closed accounts.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices, track collections, and file related documentation.
• Assist with monthly reporting of bank balances as of month‑end.
• Support the opening of new corporate bank accounts by preparing required paperwork.
• Complete banking and finance forms and provide administrative support as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet daily and monthly deadlines.
• Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with online banking platforms.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Google Drive for document management.
