Associate Relationship Manager

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will join the SME Department of Tirana Bank, reporting to the Team Leader of Relationship Officers for the Tirana area. The role supports the development and management of relationships with both new and existing business customers, helping to identify needs, promote bank products and services, and assist with lending activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the SME Manager and Relationship Officers in achieving business objectives and implementing development activities.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective business clients through meetings, calls and ongoing communication.
• Identify customer needs and provide information on the bank’s products and services.
• Assist the sales process and ensure high‑quality service delivery to business customers.
• Conduct market research to uncover business opportunities and customer requirements.
• Keep up‑to‑date knowledge of all products and services offered to business clients.
• Promote the bank’s image and values in a professional manner.
• Assist in preparing and processing credit applications and related documentation.
• Collect, review and verify customer financial and legal documents.
