About the role

As a Sales Advisor you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience in our TEG Mall store. You will welcome visitors, guide them through the shop, present our products and help them find what they need while embodying H&M’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Share your fashion knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Collaborate with your team to provide outstanding service at every step of the customer journey.
• Maintain a well‑stocked, organized and attractive sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Assist with opening and closing the store.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or fashion retail is an advantage.
• Passion for helping customers and interest in fashion.
• Excellent communication, creativity and curiosity about store technology.
• Flexible, action‑oriented and able to thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment.
