Artificial Intelligence Co-Founder / CMO (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to become the Co‑Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of an AI‑focused startup. The position is fully remote and offers a salary or up to €500k in funding while you build and scale your company.

Key responsibilities

• Own, build, and run an AI‑focused startup.
• Participate in a personal development programme designed by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through a network of over 50,000 professionals.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare the startup for multi‑million‑euro funding rounds.
• Iterate the product until product‑market‑fit and develop a sales and marketing engine.

Required profile

• Based in Europe, the Americas, or willing to relocate.
• Ready to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenue.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
