Architect – Design & Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site Architect to join our team in Tirana. The role involves creating architectural concepts, producing detailed drawings and technical documentation, and ensuring designs meet local regulations and European standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and prepare comprehensive design documentation.
• Produce and manage drawings using industry‑standard software.
• Ensure compliance with Albanian building codes and European standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other stakeholders throughout project phases.
• Review construction plans on‑site and propose improvements for functionality, sustainability and aesthetics.
• Participate in project meetings and monitor progress to align with design intent.
• Support the integration of innovative materials and technologies into ongoing projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a closely related field and eligibility to practice locally.
• Strong foundation in architectural design and ability to produce detailed plans.
• Experience with software development and integration related to design tools and BIM platforms.
• Proven project management skills, including planning, coordination and oversight of architectural deliverables.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and commitment to quality and innovation.
