About the Role

Join TELUS Digital’s AI Community to help shape the next generation of vocal technologies.
Evaluate, enrich, and validate high‑quality audio datasets for ASR, TTS, and Voice AI systems.
Improve naturalness, accuracy, and cultural relevance of AI‑generated voices.

Key Responsibilities

Assess synthesized voice quality (intonation, emotion, pronunciation).
Correct ASR transcriptions and perform professional audio editing (segmentation, noise reduction, silence adjustment).
Conduct spectrographic analysis of recordings.
Support creation of vocal datasets for model training and evaluation.

Location & Work Style

Freelance position based in Tirana, Albania.
Open to English‑speaking candidates.
Remote work with international teams.
