AI Agent Developer Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join our team and work on real AI agent development for recruitment automation. You will gain hands‑on experience building ChatGPT‑based agents and integrating them with recruitment tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build ChatGPT agents for sourcing, screening, data extraction and lead generation.
• Create automated workflows that connect recruitment APIs, dashboards and third‑party platforms.
• Research, evaluate and test emerging AI tools in the recruitment ecosystem.
• Refine agents for accuracy, speed and ROI in real‑world usage.

Required profile

• Student in computer science, AI, data science or a related field.
• Curious about LLMs, agents, API automation and productivity tooling.
• Analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems independently.

Required skills

• Experience with ChatGPT or other large language models.
• Knowledge of API integration and workflow automation.
