Accounts Payable Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team at AUTO1 Group’s Albanian headquarters. This position offers a great opportunity for an early‑career professional to develop accounting expertise in a fast‑moving automotive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process and verify invoices for goods and services received.
• Match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status.
• Assist in reconciling supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month‑end closing by ensuring timely invoice processing.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve payment issues.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in accounts payable.
• Higher education in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with experience solving complex problems.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, Optima or Symfonia.
