Account Manager

About the role

Intellectica is seeking a client‑focused Account Manager to join its Tirana office. Reporting to the General Manager and supported by an Account Executive, you will become the trusted point of contact for a portfolio of international brands operating in Albania, especially in aviation, tourism and travel.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic communications advisor, aligning client business objectives with reputation‑building initiatives.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with international clients, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Design and execute integrated PR and communication programmes, translating client goals into impactful campaigns.
• Oversee end‑to‑end project delivery, managing timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Lead media relations efforts, crafting narratives and securing coverage across relevant outlets.
• Produce communication materials such as press releases, briefings, presentations and strategic reports.
• Provide market insights and proactive recommendations based on industry and media trends.
• Plan and coordinate events and stakeholder engagement activities that support client priorities.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of the Albanian market and media landscape.
• Strong client‑service orientation with a consultative approach.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
• Fluency in English; Albanian language proficiency is essential.
