About the role

The Deputy Store Manager will support the Store Manager in leading a retail outlet, ensuring sales targets are met and customers receive top‑level service. This onsite position requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to act quickly in unexpected situations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, motivate and support the entire store team to achieve sales goals.
• Organise daily work schedules for yourself and the team.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service.
• Analyse sales data, prepare reports and act on findings.
• Handle non‑standard situations with effective decision‑making.
• Assist the Store Manager in all operational matters.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• At least 2 years of experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and motivation to tackle daily challenges.
• Strong organisational skills for personal and team tasks.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar retail position.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
