Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser will join I & A International’s luxury retail team in Tirana, creating compelling in‑store and window displays that highlight high‑end jewellery, watches and fashion collections. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on translating brand identity into visual concepts that attract and guide customers throughout the store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a creative visual merchandising strategy aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design and install eye‑catching window, interior and promotional displays, including floor plans and mannequin styling.
• Coordinate the placement of ready‑to‑wear apparel with accessories to maximise multi‑item sales.
• Refresh displays for new product launches, seasonal themes and special events.
• Collaborate with brand managers to present concepts and obtain approvals.
• Source display materials and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• University degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Merchandising, Visual Communications or a related field.
• Minimum three years of visual merchandising experience in luxury fashion, jewellery or high‑end retail.
• Strong eye for spatial design, colour theory and current merchandising trends.
• Detail‑oriented, creative thinker with the ability to analyse sales data.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
