About the role

We are expanding our technical team for the historic restoration of Rozafa Castle in Shkodër. The position involves precise on‑site implementation of architectural and construction plans, ensuring the heritage character of the monument is respected.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control on‑site works in line with project drawings and technical specifications.
• Verify that all details and requirements are correctly applied on the ground.
• Coordinate activities with multidisciplinary teams, specialists and external contractors.
• Control the quality of workmanship and materials used.
• Document and report any technical issues that arise during construction.
• Track progress and maintain technical documentation of the works.
• Validate quantities and completed works on site.
• Collaborate with technical management to resolve implementation challenges.
• Ensure interventions respect the historic and architectural character of the site.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in construction or restoration projects.
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation and implementation processes.
• Organizational and communication abilities.
• High sense of responsibility and professional commitment.
