Warwick Search is offering a Talent Acquisition internship for students eager to gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, market mapping, and industry intelligence. You will support the team by analysing the hiring landscape, identifying skill trends, and gathering insights from recruiters across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct competitor analysis of recruitment firms, staffing companies, and talent acquisition teams.
• Map skill needs and emerging trends across different industries.
• Interview recruiters to collect insights on hiring challenges, priority competencies, and evolving talent profiles.
• Assist with junior‑level sourcing, screening, and role research as needed.
• Prepare structured reports on findings and propose improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base on recruitment best practices and talent market dynamics.

Required profile

• Students in HR, business, psychology, communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in recruitment, market research, and understanding how companies hire.
• Good communication and interviewing skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn research into clear insights.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to explore new ideas.
