About the role

The Procurement Specialist will manage the supply needs of Business Hub Albania, ensuring the availability of products, materials and services required for the company's activities. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates with a suitable academic background and offers on‑the‑job training.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and develop new suppliers and manufacturing partners.
• Handle purchase requests, prepare supply orders and monitor order progress until final delivery.
• Negotiate commercial terms, prices, delivery schedules and contractual conditions.
• Verify that purchased goods and services meet defined specifications.
• Maintain and update the supplier database and collaborate with internal departments for supply planning.
• Prepare reports on costs, supplier performance and procurement KPIs, using AI tools for offer analysis and process optimisation.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate with no prior work experience, eager to develop within a procurement function.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities, with good negotiation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced use of AI tools for supplier search, offer comparison and procurement automation.
• Familiarity with Corporate Documentation System (CDS) for documentation management.
