Software Engineer

About the role

Growth Solutions ShPk is looking for a full‑time on‑site Software Engineer in Tirana to build web applications, dashboards and internal tools using AI coding assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Build web apps, dashboards and internal tools from start to finish, leveraging AI coding tools daily.
• Turn rough ideas into working first versions within days.
• Connect tools together via APIs (e.g., Google Drive, Supabase, Zapier, payment and social platforms).
• Create automations that save the team time on repetitive tasks.
• Set up and maintain databases, authentication and hosting services such as Supabase and Vercel.
• Review, test and clean up AI‑generated code before deployment.
• Fix bugs quickly when issues arise.
• Write concise documentation so teammates can understand and reuse your work.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new AI tools and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Daily, hands‑on use of Claude or Claude Code and at least one other AI coding tool (Kimi, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT or similar).
• Strong ability to craft clear prompts and provide the right context for AI.
• Skilled at breaking large tasks into smaller steps that AI can handle.
• Able to detect when AI produces incorrect or fabricated code.
• Solid coding fundamentals and comfort reading/writing Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Willingness to pick up other common languages as needed.
• Understanding of front‑end, back‑end, APIs and databases.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Daily use of Git and GitHub.
