Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for our construction projects. You will work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with department managers to define position requirements and interview criteria.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates, conduct structured interviews, and assess fit.
• Maintain talent pipelines for construction‑related roles.
• Prepare and update recruitment reports and ensure compliance with company policies and labor legislation.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• University degree in Management, HR, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
