Senior Footwear Pattern Maker

About the role

Prodyn Albania is expanding its technical team and seeks an experienced Senior Footwear Pattern Maker to lead the development, refinement and industrialisation of patterns for high‑volume shoe production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and finalise footwear patterns based on approved samples, technical specifications and production requirements.
• Lead the industrialisation of patterns, optimising them for mass production, material utilisation and cost efficiency.
• Analyse and resolve technical issues related to fit, construction, materials, stitching and production processes.
• Collaborate with Technical, Production, Development and Quality teams to ensure smooth product industrialisation and consistent quality.
• Maintain and validate patterns, size grading, specifications and technical documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in footwear pattern making, product development or industrial footwear manufacturing.
• Proven experience in mass‑production environments and pattern industrialisation.
• Strong practical knowledge of footwear construction, materials, machinery and stitching processes.
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Manual and CAD‑based footwear pattern making.
• Proficiency with Shoemaster or similar CAD pattern‑making systems.
• Size grading and pattern documentation.
