Senior End Users and Strategic Customers Field Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Field Sales Representative to develop and manage relationships with end‑users and strategic customers in Albania. You will promote Schneider Electric’s portfolio of products, systems and services, driving sales growth and contributing to the company’s business plan.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with SE partners, generating direct sales and expanding the partner network.
• Identify, register and follow up on sales opportunities, coordinating with internal teams such as Marketing, Project, and Customer Satisfaction to close projects.
• Implement sales strategies aligned with the business plan to achieve targets in Albania.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge on customers, competitors and Schneider Electric solutions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through accurate order processing and proactive communication.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical) or Business.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales experience.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to build business cases.
• Excellent English communication skills and a valid driver’s licence.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Advanced account management, negotiation and sales funnel management.
• Consultative selling and prospecting within strategic accounts.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Understanding of electrical diagrams.
