Senior Art Director

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Art Director to lead the visual direction of our client projects at PIK, a full‑service communication agency. The role works closely with the Creative Director to translate strategic briefs into compelling design concepts while mentoring a multidisciplinary design team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies for a wide range of campaigns and brand identities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end visual development from concept through final production, ensuring high creative standards.
• Supervise, mentor and inspire designers, providing feedback and managing workloads to meet deadlines.
• Review and approve creative work before client presentations, guaranteeing brand consistency and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with copywriters, motion designers, social media managers and production teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, emerging technologies and AI‑powered creative tools, integrating them to improve ideation and production speed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in an advertising, branding or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and high‑quality visual execution.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams.
• Excellent understanding of branding, advertising, digital communication and campaign development.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with AI‑powered creative tools such as generative design, image/video generation and AI‑assisted workflows.
