Senior Architectural Designer / 3D Visualization Artist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Designer who also excels as a 3D Visualization Artist for our Tirana studio. The senior position offers full autonomy: your visual work reaches the client unchanged, and you will guide and mentor junior team members while setting the visual direction for each brief.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver complete architectural visualisations directly to clients without re‑work.
• Review and mentor junior designers, providing guidance on visual direction.
• Interpret architectural drawings, model in Rhino or 3ds Max, and render using V‑Ray or Corona.
• Finalize images in Photoshop and decide when a scheme needs a sectional view versus a new camera angle.
• Ensure 3D models are built for easy hand‑off and further development by other team members.

Required profile

• Ability to articulate why an image is not working, not just that it fails.
• Capability to preserve a design’s intent through multiple client revisions.
• Experience creating reusable, well‑structured 3D models for collaborative work.
