Senior Architect

About the role

Orion Shpk is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design of residential and commercial projects in Tirana. This full‑time, on‑site position will guide projects from concept through execution, ensuring they meet European standards and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and technical drawings for multiple projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and construction teams to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Oversee design reviews, support permitting processes, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor junior architects and promote innovative design and construction methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Several years of experience in senior or lead architectural roles, with strong project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for on‑site work with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and BIM/digital workflows.
• Ability to balance design quality, cost, and constructability while delivering sustainable solutions.
