About the role

CapsLock is expanding its AI visual production capabilities and seeks a Senior AI Creative Designer to craft high‑quality visual creatives that boost conversion rates. The role sits at the crossroads of storytelling, generative AI, and performance marketing, delivering photorealistic assets for paid media and landing pages.

Key responsibilities

• Create AI‑generated visuals for campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google and landing pages, including photorealistic human characters, lifestyle scenes, and product‑focused imagery.
• Enhance and retouch source photographs using AI tools, extending imagery to meet client specifications.
• Produce multiple creative variations to support testing and scaling, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Iterate visual concepts based on performance data, exploring different angles, hooks and formats to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, media producers and video editors to align visuals with messaging and funnel logic.
• Maintain high visual realism—accurate lighting, composition, anatomy and textures—while identifying and fixing AI artifacts or distortions.
• Utilise modern generative AI models and workflows to streamline production.

Required profile

• Senior‑level designer with a strong portfolio of AI‑generated visual work.
• Deep engagement with the fast‑moving AI landscape and a proactive attitude toward testing new tools.
• Ability to translate briefs into multiple creative directions and adapt quickly to feedback.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional marketing teams.
