Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Wonder Albania is looking for a full‑time Search Engine Optimization Specialist to boost the visibility of its travel website. Based on‑site in Tirana, you will work closely with the marketing and content teams to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research to identify high‑value search terms for travel‑related content.
• Perform comprehensive SEO audits covering technical health, site architecture, and content quality.
• Optimize on‑page elements, meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
• Develop and execute link‑building campaigns, reaching out to reputable partners and travel sites.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush or similar tools and produce regular reports.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to enhance user experience and conversion rates.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; Albanian is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in an on‑site environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT or related field preferred.
• Experience in travel, tourism or hospitality marketing is advantageous.
