Sales Specialist - Real Estate

About the role

Premium Homes Real Estate is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist based in Tirana. The role covers identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging prospective and existing customers, and presenting properties in a clear, consultative way. The specialist works independently, organising their own schedule and priorities to meet agreed sales targets and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the sales pipeline and conduct in-person meetings
• Prepare proposals and close deals
• Maintain accurate records of activities and outcomes
• Provide post-sale support and gather customer feedback
• Collaborate on sales strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

Required profile

• Proven sales and sales management experience, able to generate leads, manage pipelines and reach or exceed targets
• Experience in training, including educating customers and supporting onboarding or implementation
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfort with basic business and financial concepts such as pricing, margins and contract terms
• Prior sales experience in any industry is an advantage; local market knowledge in Tirana is beneficial

Required skills

• Strong communication, customer service, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools or basic sales tracking methods is preferred
