Sales Representative (Remote, English-speaking)

About the role

eTeacher Group is seeking an English‑speaking Sales Representative to promote and sell its online learning services. You will work from a home office, contacting prospective customers by phone and email, and using proven closing techniques to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls and email outreach.
• Analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions that highlight the benefits of eTeacher’s platform.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed quota.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in phone‑based sales.
• Strong interpersonal, persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently in a quiet home‑office environment.
• Flexible availability for five shifts per week, with a schedule that can be adjusted.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM tools.
