Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and use HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Act as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and engaging experience.
• Support employer branding through university partnerships, career fairs and other events.
• Assist the HR Manager with administrative processes and people initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Workday or other HR recruitment systems (advantage).
• Microsoft Office suite.
