Quality Customer Support – Weekend Shift (Remote, Albania)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented individual to join our remote team as a Quality Customer Support and Content Moderation Operator. Working on weekends, you will help keep our platform safe and ensure a high‑quality user experience for our community.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate advertisements to verify compliance with internal guidelines.
• Identify and remove spam or inappropriate content using proprietary back‑office tools.
• Perform content checks without handling phone calls or live chat.
• Maintain a clean and smooth user experience across the platform.
• Report daily progress and issues to your manager during remote check‑ins.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in applying rules.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily quality standards.
• Availability for an 8‑hour shift on Saturday and Sunday (07:00–15:00 CEST).
• Commitment to a minimum 6‑month collaboration.

Required skills

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Familiarity with back‑office or digital moderation tools.
• Bonus: written and spoken Spanish or Portuguese.
