Project Manager – Digital Lending (6‑month contract)

About the role

Tirana Bank, part of the BALFIN Group, is looking for a Project Manager to lead digital lending initiatives within its Digital Transformation Office. This six‑month fixed‑term position reports directly to the Head of Department and focuses on end‑to‑end delivery of loan‑origination and credit‑decisioning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and release of retail‑lending digital projects, including loan origination systems and customer‑facing lending journeys.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, monitor timelines, dependencies, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams such as product development, engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and quality assurance.
• Ensure project scope, regulatory compliance, and internal governance are adhered to throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate progress and align project objectives with business priorities and customer experience goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital projects, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work under regulatory constraints and deliver within tight timelines.
