On-site Video Editor

About the role

Why Us Agency is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Video Editor in Shkodër, Albania. You will create video content for social media, websites and marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth storytelling, proper pacing and strict adherence to brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage into polished video pieces for various digital platforms.
• Apply color correction and grading to achieve visual consistency and enhance the overall look.
• Integrate motion graphics, titles, overlays and other visual assets.
• Optimize videos for different formats and platform specifications.
• Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams during brainstorming and production phases.
• Maintain organized file structures, version control and export settings.
• Ensure all deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in video editing and production for digital campaigns and social content.
• Proficiency in video color grading to ensure visual consistency.
• Experience creating motion graphics and visual assets.
• Ability to follow creative briefs, work within brand guidelines and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Relevant education or training in film, media production, design or a related field (preferred).
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing and motion‑graphics work.
