About the role

The successful pharmaceutical company is expanding its operations in Albania and seeks a motivated, responsible Product Manager to join its local team. You will be responsible for driving product growth, market penetration and supporting the sales force on the ground.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, including new products and customers, and strengthen existing business relationships.
• Develop effective market‑response strategies, monitor competitor activity and adapt to market changes.
• Design and deliver practical training for new and existing sales collaborators to prepare them for field work.
• Create and execute the annual sales plan for the assigned product portfolio together with the sales manager.
• Plan, coordinate and report on product‑related activities, providing weekly, monthly and yearly updates to management.
• Lead product launches, define marketing and positioning strategies, and build relationships with opinion leaders and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry or Economics (Master’s level preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar product‑management or commercial role.
• Active command of the English language and solid computer skills.
• Strong organizational, communication and presentation abilities.
• Valid category B driving licence and willingness to work in the field.
