Maintenance Manager

About the role

Delmon Group Albania is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance sector of its production plant in Elbasan. The role involves overseeing all maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, and driving continuous improvement within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor the performance of equipment and technical systems.
• Manage and coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring effective collaboration with other departments.
• Identify technical issues, coordinate corrective actions and report sector performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with a Master of Science.
• Proven experience in planning and managing maintenance activities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methods.
• Excellent command of English and advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
