Law Consultant – People Advisory Services

About the role

Join EY’s People Advisory Services (PAS) team within the Tax practice to help build a better working world. As a Law Consultant you will support multinational clients and public‑sector organisations on complex cross‑border personnel matters, including tax, social security, immigration and labour law. You will benefit from structured learning, development programmes and exposure to leading companies and high‑net‑worth individuals.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on personal income tax obligations for expatriates and their employers.
• Provide guidance on social security, business immigration and labour‑law aspects of cross‑border mobility.
• Support clients in complying with labour regulations and employment contracts across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate directly with multinational corporations, high‑net‑worth individuals and public‑sector entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, economics or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work in a dynamic, complex environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Albanian and English.
• Experience in a consulting or law‑firm setting is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
