About the role

Globus Travel is expanding and seeks a motivated Travel Consultant to deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the travel journey. You will guide clients, sell travel packages and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to post‑trip support.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on destinations, packages and options that match their budget and preferences.
• Present and sell tourism packages, preparing personalized offers and itineraries.
• Handle hotel, flight, transfer and activity reservations using company systems.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients from request to trip completion.
• Provide post‑sale support and professionally address inquiries or complaints.
• Manage travel documentation, payments and invoicing for each reservation.
• Drive upselling and cross‑selling to increase sales and add value for customers.
• Report daily/weekly reservation, sales and operational data to the department manager.

Required profile

• Preferably experience in a travel agency or tourism environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong sales orientation and results‑driven mindset.
• Very good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Organized, accurate and able to work effectively in a team.
